Weather forecasts can be used to reduce risks faced by farmers and agricultural enterprises but simply delivering better climate information to these end users is not sufficient.
The European Parliament recently adopted a proposal to regulate deforestation-free products. This is a significant strategy to winning the global fight against deforestation and amplifies sustainability towards an open agrifood system.

This trend is worrying and MUST not be allowed to continue. The consequences in years to come is dire.2020 was a year of deep reflection for us.
