Our collaborative effort focuses on delivering localized weather forecast information through a voice-based platform tailored specifically to their needs.Syecomp’s agClimate Seasonal Outlook (SSO) for 2023 is based on projections and may be subject to extreme weather data variability leading to inaccurate predictions. This requires continuous localized weather data monitoring.
Climate change is threatening agriculture globally, and small-scale farmers in low- and middle-income countries are particularly vulnerable. Weather forecasts can be used to reduce risks faced by farmers and agricultural enterprises but simply delivering better climate information to these end users is not sufficient.
