SyeComp In 2020: Year In Brief

2020 was a year of deep reflection for us. Covid-19 pandemic enabled us reimagine our operations, impact on our staff, clients, partners, and institutional sustainability for another decade. It provided us a onerous opportunity to transform into our best selves. At SyeComp we made an intentional decision to double down and honor the commitment to our core mission – driving scalable digital services for African rural farmers and agribusinesses.

This fully reflected in the expansionary focus of our services and deep dive towards market-oriented products and services. We also leveraged on innovative approaches to address new challenges in the agrifood sector.

Looking back at 2020, we see an inspiring story of resilience demonstrated through progress and partnerships. It was a year of new milestones, sharing knowledge in our domain, and delivering impactful digital services to over 60 000 smallholder farmers in Ghana. We also see a story of lessons learned, of what we need to nurture and what we need to either do better or stop doing.

We have attained significant successes this year, but we also acknowledge the huge work ahead of us. We look forward to you continuing with us on our learning journey to deliver real impact in agriculture in africa at scale.
