Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure efficient and cost-effective use
Provide administrative support to the team and manage daily office tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and managing office calendars
Coordinate and oversee the office’s administrative functions, including office procedures, filing systems, and managing office budgets
Act as the point of contact for all Tamale office-related inquiries and direct communications to the appropriate parties
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and project partners to ensure timely payment of invoices and maintenance of the office
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any academic discipline
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Online Collaboration Tools, Productivity Software Suites and other office management software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
