Accelerating Food Systems in Ghana Through Effective Farmer-Market Linkages

Strengthening productivity interlinkages in Ghana’s agrifood system will boost the economy and create multiplier jobs for women, men and youth. At SyeComp, one key aspect of our work is creating an efficient partnership with farmer clients and through human-centred design, come up with life-long digital solutions to fulfilling their core commercialised farming needs.

Over the past five years, we’ve supported efforts in boosting market linkages for farmers via the Farmer Helpline Channel and test-rolled data-driven input financing to smallholder farmers in selected value chains in Ghana. Scaling this service, we are working to drive financing at scale and bundled digital services to rural farmers in Africa.

With the largest smallholder farmer clients and agribusiness clients in our portfolio and an extensive network of knowledgeable field personnel, we are excited with our digitalisation efforts.
